- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement cutting‑edge learning strategies and materials that elevate workforce performance.
- Oversee logistics, budgeting, and delivery of next‑generation training programmes.
- Track effectiveness, measure outcomes and foster continuous improvement.
- Solid background in Social Care or Health, backed by a qualifying degree.
- Deep expertise in current legislation, especially the Care Act.
- Proficient understanding of the Adult Social Care sector, including the ASYE programme and Apprenticeships.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, building partnerships with external agencies.
- Proven budget management experience, ensuring cost‑effectiveness without sacrificing quality.
- Adaptability to hybrid working and a spirit of adventure.
- Experience in leading and managing staff.
- Competitive salary: £46,142–£50,269
