The RoleAs our business grows, we are looking for new Campaign Executives who are eager to take on new responsibilities and progress their career within the early careers sector. You’ll be working closely with your Client Partner to exceed client and candidate expectations and pair talented individuals with great employers!
Here’s a bit about the opportunity…
As a Campaign Executive, you’ll be supporting the Client Partner in the management of a number of campaigns, working with clients such as Tesco, Network Rail and Morrisons. You’ll play a critical role in the success of campaign delivery and ensuring talent pipelines are filled. Day-to-day you could find yourself responsible for:
- Providing reports, analysis and updates to ensure information can be relayed efficiently to the client
- Attending client meetings and providing updates on the campaign performance
- Offer candidates coaching calls ahead of the assessment centres and post-assessment centre advice on how they performed on the day
- Liaise with candidates throughout the process, answering queries and providing support in the application process
- Managing assessment centre scheduling and supporting on the building of these on our assessment platform
You will be based in Newbury, with the opportunity for some home working after your initial training period and once settled in the role.
Who we're looking forYou should be self‑motivated with a positive approach and have a real passion for providing a great experience to both clients and candidates throughout the process. We’re looking for individuals that are confident using Microsoft Word and Excel, but we are keen to help you develop new skills in your role. Other essential skills include:
- Accountability to ensure tasks are complete to SLAs
- Strong attention to detail
This is a UK‑based role and requires the right to work in the UK. Please note Amberjack do not have a sponsorship licence.
