Senior Property Manager - Block Management, GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED

Due to continuing growth, our client is looking to strengthen their team with a Senior Property Manager to care for a few medium‑large developments (circa 500–700 units) and manage a team of 35. The focus is on managing buildings rather than an overwhelming workload of thousands of units. We seek someone who enjoys property management and values a breathing space to provide an excellent service.

Requirements
  • At least five years of prior experience as a Block Property Manager, preferably with large estates, high‑rise buildings, and previous or ongoing cladding remediation projects.
  • Good knowledge of financial administration (service charge accounting), effective numeracy and data entry skills.
  • Experience with cladding replacement work/building safety fund applications.
  • Experience managing staff and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, grasp urgency of departmental activities, and handle driver responsibilities.
  • TPI Level 3 (or equivalent).
  • Full driver’s licence and ideally own car.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the smooth running of the portfolio.
  • Attend and prepare for regular meetings with residents/directors.
  • Conduct routine inspections and schedule maintenance.
  • Chair and minute meetings and take resultant actions.
  • Budget and financial control using client’s system.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Resolve queries received on the portfolio.
  • Assist in acquiring new business (commission earned).
  • Handle complaints (rare but necessary).
