Sun 08:00 - 13:30;
Tue 06:00 - 10:30;
Wed 14:45 - 21:00;
Fri 06:00 - 10:30.
To be an effective Stock Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise performance targets. The role supports the growth of our online business and ensures customers receive the best online experience and service.
About the Role- Support the Store management team across the back of house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
- Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an environment which is operationally efficient, safe and where targets are met.
- Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do.
- Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside the team.
- Ensure up‑to‑date and accurate communication at all times to meet business needs.
- Passionate about customers, people and products, inspiring others and creating a great work atmosphere.
- Great communicator, friendly, calm and efficient; able to work naturally with people at all levels and stay calm under pressure.
- A team player who excels in a result‑driven, fast‑paced and challenging environment, with ability to adapt and bring the team on board with new objectives.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, confident in challenging processes, generating innovative ideas to move the business forward.
- Effective multi‑tasker who can plan, organise and prioritise workload.
In accordance with Home Office guidance successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
