Property Manager
Location: Homebased with a Hertfordshire/East London/Essex based portfolio.
Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:15 Monday - Friday.
Salary: Competitive.

- Carry out development inspections as necessary to ensure company responsibilities are met.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding our management of their development, ensuring communication strategies are achieved and reviewed on a regular basis.
- Effectively manage the relationship with the customer including responding to queries, building positive relationships with stakeholders, reporting to clients regularly, and attending meetings with customers and clients as required.
- Ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the Accounts department to ensure accurate financial management of the development.
- Source, appoint and manage competent trade persons to undertake works across the portfolio.
- Ensure all works undertaken by contractors are of suitable quality and cost effective.
- Ensure all Health & Safety and industry legislation is adhered to.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the residential property management sector.
- ATPI qualified (desirable).
- Understanding of the Building Safety Act 2023 and Fire Safety regulations.
- Proven track record in customer services with excellent communication skills and ability to communicate well with individuals at all levels.
- Proven track record of budgeting and account management.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages.
- Previous experience of contract management.
- Client focussed, organised, self‑motivated, with ability to use own initiative and work to tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail, whilst keeping perspective and making informed decisions.
