This is a significant role working with a team of technical specialists on niche projects with medium to large sized commercial businesses based across the UK. ?

What Youll Do : ? Manage Client Portfolio From inception to review ? Streamline Workflows Ensure timely completion of jobs ? Lead & Mentor Guide your team through the R&D process ? Client Engagement Deliver educational seminars (in-person & Teams) ? Improve Processes Help clients enhance record-keeping ? Compliance & Quality Interview clients, meet R&D criteria, review reports ? Handle HMRC Enquiries Resolve queries with confidence ?

Train Junior Staff Share knowledge and best practices ? Business Development Drive growth and client success ?? Skills & Expertise: ?? Demonstrable experience in R&D tax relief ?? Excellent report writing and communication skills ?? Strong client-facing experience ?? Up-to-date knowledge of legislation & case law ?? Proven ability to manage teams and deadlines ??
