Senior IT Asset Manager
Graphics Unlimited (Vic) Pty Ltd invites applications for the Senior IT Asset Manager role.
Pay of £57,946, plus 28.97% employer pension contributions, hybrid working, flexible hours, and great work life balance.
OverviewWe are looking for a Senior IT Asset Manager to lead a high‑performing team responsible for managing all software and associated hardware assets across the organization. This fast‑paced, strategic role involves overseeing compliance, data integrity, and relationships with major publishers, plus coaching and mentoring your team.
Responsibilities- Set and implement asset strategies, manage renewals, and ensure adherence to policy and governance standards.
- Analyse large datasets to inform decisions, provide actionable insights, and maintain accurate asset data across the estate.
- Lead corrective actions for non‑compliance, champion automation and efficiency, and support the adoption of new technologies.
- Coach and mentor your team, promote collaboration, and foster a high‑performance culture.
- Work closely with stakeholders to balance risk, value, and compliance, while driving strategic improvements across the organization.
- Experience designing and overseeing the implementation of complex, enterprise‑scale data processes and ETL pipelines.
- Deep expertise in establishing and maintaining data engineering standards across teams.
- Strong problem‑solving and incident management skills, capable of leading investigations into complex data issues.
- Experience managing software and hardware asset estates and ensuring compliance with governance standards.
- Leadership experience coaching and mentoring teams in a strategic, high‑performance environment.
- Hybrid working – spend time working at home and collaborating face‑to‑face in a hub.
