Are you a strong people leader with a passion for making a difference in young people's lives? We're looking for a Hub Lead to join our Advice & Information team at Herts Young Homeless (HYH). This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic frontline service, supporting young people and families across Hertfordshire.

You’ll need proven leadership and team management skills and a collaborative, solution-focused approach.

Herts Young Homeless is an independent charity and has been supporting vulnerable people in Hertfordshire since 1998. We are professional, passionate, collaborative and supportive charity that provides guidance to everyone who is in need of support.

The successful candidate will deliver a high‑quality service to young people aged 16‑17 and their families across Hertfordshire, working alongside the Family Link Work and Mediation services to prevent family breakdown and reduce repeat homelessness. They will also support the wider team and work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the service achieves its key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Lead the HYH Hub, overseeing its day‑to‑day operations and ensuring effective delivery of services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and commissioners.
• Recruit, train, and professionally develop Advice & Information and Admin Workers.
• Monitor outcomes and produce reports for the leadership team and funders to demonstrate impact and inform future service development.
