• Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where performance targets are achieved.
• Provide a hands‑on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team, supporting the sales floors and store management team when needed.
• Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates and inspires the team to be at their best.
• Ensure smooth running of the stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying and solving problems, driving the highest stockroom and stockprocessing standards.
• Always strive to ensure our beautifully presented stock is available to customers as soon as possible.
