About the Role

• Support the store management team across all product areas, back of house and run the store when needed
• Manage a team to deliver outstanding service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient and safe environment where targets are met
• Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring the team to perform at their best is central to everything you do
• Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team
• Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs

About You

• Passionate about customers, people and products – inspiring others and creating a great working atmosphere
• Exceptional commercial understanding and the knack for creating a fantastic shopping experience
• Team player thriving in a results‑driven, fast‑paced and challenging environment, capable of adapting quickly and bringing the team on board with new objectives
• Excellent communicator able to work naturally with people at all levels; calm, approachable and realistic under pressure
• Problem‑solving, sound business decision‑making, confident challenge of processes and generation of innovative ideas to drive business forward
• Confident handling of people issues
• Effective multi‑tasker with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload
