Operations Manager

This organisation is a strategic and hands-on Operations Manager to lead a team and support with their customer journey.

Your new role

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading daily stand-ups and managing a team
• Overseeing the full end-to-end customer journey
• Identifying and implementing process improvements
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and scripts are FCA compliant
• Monitoring team performance and producing regular reports
• Spotting trends
• Meeting with auditors
• Collaborating across departments to enhance operational efficiency
• Other ad-hoc duties required

What you'll need to succeed

• A strong background in an insurance or regulated environment, ideally personal lines insurance
• Proven experience in a managerial or operational leadership role
• A track record of improving processes and driving performance
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Clear communication, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
