About the Team and the RoleAs the Revenue Management Lead you will own the overall success of the Revenue Management strategy. You will develop and execute strategies to maximise online sales and profit while balancing growth levers with cost efficiencies.
What You’ll Do- Maximise online sales and profit through future strategy and planning to achieve financial budgets.
- Identify and influence sales and profit‑driving initiatives across Customer, Commercial, Insight, Forecasting, Operations and Logistics.
- Lead the commercial strategy across convenience propositions such as same‑day, variable‑length slots and short‑lead‑time orders.
- Strategise for trading periods of scale (e.g., Christmas, Easter); manage relationships with Logistics and Operations to drive profitable, optimised growth across capacity, customer experience and demand efficiency.
- Excellent understanding of retail, commercial, logistics and supply chain.
- Customer‑focused with strong commercial acumen.
- Highly analytical and data‑driven.
- Organised with a collaborative working style and influence at senior leadership level.
- Excellent communication skills and sound decision‑making ability.
