Responsibilities- Support sustainable work winning
- Review, manage and negotiate contracts
- Assist in the commercial management of our projects
- Resolve issues and finalize contracts
- Our Transport and Infrastructure business includes Roads, Rail, Civil, Intelligent Infrastructure and Project Management and Commercial Management business units
- Will be part of a small team within the applicable business unit, but also part of the wider Transport and Infrastructure commercial team
- Our aim is to improve the commercial practices of our people and in turn our business
- Opportunity to work on an array of nationally significant projects throughout the UK and Ireland. Clients include all national and regional transport bodies as well as leading contractors

- Good commercial awareness
- Experience of working in a multi‑disciplinary environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of contract administration over contract lifecycle
- A working knowledge of standard forms of contract particularly NEC
- A relevant degree and/or membership of a relevant professional body is preferable
- Preferably experience within a similar role
