Employment Tax Assistant Manager responsibilities will include:

• Providing on-time and technically accurate advice on employment tax matters, including pay and benefits, employee status and payroll compliance
• Supporting clients with compliance duties such as year-end reporting, due diligence and policy reviews
• Assisting in supervising and mentoring junior team members, guiding their technical development and ensuring high-quality client deliverables.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment tax legislation and changes

As a Employment Tax Assistant Manager you will be/have:

• ATT/CTA Qualified
• Over 7 years’ Employment Tax Experience
• Managing your own portfolio of UK domestic and global mobility employment taxes
• Managing and reviewing Employment Tax compliance
• Delivering strategic tax advice and solutions
• Liaising with clients, maintaining relationships
• Staff Management skills
