We are in an increasingly busy restructuring market and have ambitious growth plans, creating opportunities for individuals from a range of backgrounds. SVPs are senior project managers who lead engagements, collaborate across the world, and contribute to the firm’s broader capabilities.

What You’ll Do

We now have multiple opportunities in London for SVPs who have experience in one or more of the above areas. SVPs are senior Project Managers who will operate on UK-based and international engagements, driving positive change for immediate and long-term client success.

What You’ll Need

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Relevant and hands-on project management experience in restructuring gained in restructuring advisory, consulting, private equity, banking or industry.
  • University degree or relevant school-leaver-programme experience, ideally with a post-graduate qualification (e.g. ACA/ACCA).
  • Demonstrable experience in some of the following situations: financial turnaround programmes; cash and working capital management; building, reviewing and maintaining short-term cash flow models; formulating, reviewing and analysing business plans and financial forecasts; supporting Chief Restructuring Officer roles; balance sheet restructurings; options analysis; contingency planning; schemes of arrangements / restructuring plans; trading administrations; insolvency case management and progression; independent business reviews;

    distressed sales; CVAs.
Skills & Competencies
  • Consistent delivery of high-impact work, aligned with client needs and expectations, often through ownership of key project components.
  • Advanced financial analysis and modelling capabilities, with a robust understanding of financial statements.
  • Ability to lead delivery of complex work streams with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including setting direction and coaching junior team members.
  • Effective delegation and oversight to ensure quality and rigour in work produced by junior staff.
  • Structured and analytical problem-solving approach with practical solution development.
  • Advanced written communication skills for clear, well-structured analysis and senior stakeholder presentations.
  • Confident and adaptable communicator, tailoring messaging to different audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, fostering trust with clients and colleagues and managing internal and external senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active involvement in business development, including identifying opportunities and supporting proposals.
  • Willingness to work outside normal business hours as needed.
  • Ability to work full-time in an office and remote environment.
