Area Manager, Management Healthcare Management

Panoramic Associates are partnering with care provider to appoint an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of nursing homes.

This is a senior operational leadership role with real breadth: you’ll take ownership of performance, quality, compliance, financial delivery and strategic improvement across the region, working closely with the residential & nursing teams.

• Strong multi-site operational leadership experience within adult social care .
• Previous experience holding CQC registration.
• A demonstrable track record in quality improvement, driving compliance and delivering strong inspection outcomes.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and improving performance.
• Experience overseeing strategic projects and change programmes is beneficial.
• A confident, visible leader who can balance support and accountability across multiple sites.

Working pattern: 4 days operationally across services and 1 day working from home.

This role is paying £60 - 70,000 depending on experience plus car allowance. They will also consider someone who would like to relocate; however, you must have the right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not offered.
