The role is remote with regular travel to branches, reporting to the Regional Vice President and overseeing Branch GMs to ensure safety, financial performance and customer satisfaction across the region.
The successful candidate will drive strategy-to-execution, develop GM leadership, and uphold operational discipline with a strong focus on safety and quality
