Shift: Monday – Friday (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 Rotation)

We are partnering with a leading manufacturer in Warrington known for heavy investment in Automation Systems and Preventive Maintenance (PPM). This is a high-performing site where engineering excellence is at the heart of the operation.

The Role

As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will ensure the reliability and efficiency of high-speed production lines. You will bridge the gap between Reactive Maintenance and long-term Reliability Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver both Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks.

Perform high-level PLC Fault Finding and repair on complex Automation Systems.

Diagnose and repair plant and equipment efficiently to maximize OEE.

Manufacture or modify parts using lathes, milling machines, and welding equipment.

Record activities accurately within the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

About You

Qualified:
Minimum NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent in Engineering.

Experience:

Proven track record in FMCG or high-volume manufacturing.

Mindset: A positive attitude toward Continuous Improvement, 5S, and Lean standards.
