We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage digital campaigns, brand development, content planning, and lead-generation activities—all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage digital marketing including social media, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and email marketing
- Create and oversee content plans across all online platforms
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports
- Lead brand-building initiatives and ensure consistent branding across channels
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and new marketing opportunities
- Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to support business goals
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending
- Handle collaborations, partnerships, and influencer marketing
- Oversee online reputation, customer engagement, and community management
- Plan and execute promotional activities to drive leads and conversions
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar senior marketing role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for branding and content quality
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM tools, and email automation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Remote position with flexible working hours
