Senior CRM & Personalisation Manager (12‑month fixed‑term contract)

We are seeking a Senior CRM & Personalisation Manager to join our Digital/Ecommerce team and drive strategy for loyalty and customer relationships across email, push notifications, on‑site personalisation and other digital channels.

This key role will collaborate with data, digital, marketing and customer care teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance customer sign‑ups, engagement, personalisation, retention and business growth.

• Lead the CRM team to define the CRM strategy, plans and KPIs (x1 direct report).
• Play an integral role in the creation and delivery of the rewards programme.
• Develop and deliver the customer growth plan.
• Own the customer contact strategy to meet commercial objectives, using and growing the customer database.
• Deliver the contact strategy across all channels including email, push notifications, on‑site personalisation and other digital channels.
• Drive the development of omni‑channel multi‑device CRM capabilities to maximise the quantity and quality of actionable customer data.
• Improve data collection across the Mamas & Papas ecosystem.
• Deliver and present regular analysis and KPI reporting to drive continuous improvements.
• Work closely with key stakeholders (internal and external) to showcase the contribution of CRM to overall sales.
• Leverage Dotdigital, Dynamic Yield and other technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Digital CRM and personalisation/loyalty background.

• Proven experience leading CRM initiatives and managing a small team.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategy.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, push notifications and on‑site personalisation solutions.
