JOB TITLE : Marketing Manager Events (Fee For Service & Joint Venture events portfolio)

REPORTS TO : Marketing Director
POSITION DETAILS : JOB PURPOSE OVERVIEW
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive the objectives of the Fee For Service & Joint Venture events portfolio, including brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Lead a dynamic marketing team, oversee campaigns across multiple channels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve campaign goals and deliver results.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution within budget and meeting KPIs.
- Analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
DIRECT REPORTS : Marketing Specialist, Marketing Senior Specialist
CONTRIBUTION TO CULTURE :
Promote Ethara's brand values, vision, and mission through campaign concepts that reinforce Ethara's culture.
WORKING CONDITIONS :
- UAE-based with domestic and international travel as required.
- Remote working permitted in line with Human Capital policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE EXPECTED : 5-10 years in marketing roles, focusing on events and entertainment companies/clients.
EDUCATION EXPECTED : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
Master's preferred.
SOFT SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative work style in a fast-paced environment.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals for Fee For Service & Joint Venture events.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership on brand positioning and messaging.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, social media, email, and events.
- Ensure timely delivery within budget and KPIs.
BRAND MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER INSIGHTS
- Maintain consistent brand image across channels.
- Develop brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Use customer insights to inform strategies and improve engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
BUDGET, ANALYTICS & REPORTING
- Manage marketing budget for optimal ROI.
- Track and report campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to Delegation of Authority (DoA) and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and company policies.
- Execute additional tasks within the scope of the role as requested.
