You will be at the forefront of shaping their digital presence and driving engagement.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Multi-channel Marketing Level 3 Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job
  • Assist the Marketing team in executing digital campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support the coordination of student community forums, social media groups, and club uploads.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as updating databases, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain the organisation's social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand image and tone.
  • Utilise Google Analytics to track website performance and provide insightful reports.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitor research, keeping abreast of industry trends and insights.
  • Coordinate and update monthly competitor monitoring across various channels, including keywords, social media, website, and webinars.
  • Administer all webinar events and manage website updates to ensure a seamless user experience.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits
  • Working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
  • Fully remote working
  • 25 days annual leave plus UK bank holidays
  • Permanent contract following probation period
  • Further training and development offered on successful completion of Level 3 qualification

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge
  • Passion for social media, digital marketing, and creating captivating content
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable with remote work and collaboration.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving industry
  • A Grade 5/C in Maths and a 4/C in English is required for this role

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast‑moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.

With our expert online training and one‑to‑one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
