The RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Campaign Marketing Officer to support the planning, delivery, and optimisation of marketing campaigns. The officer will work as part of the Campaign Marketing team, acting as a hub that influences, plans and leads European marketing campaigns.
This role will work closely with the Campaign Marketing Manager, Creative Team, Country Marketing Teams, and Centres of Expertise to ensure campaigns are well-integrated, delivered on time, and aligned with business objectives.
What you'll do- Support the wider team with campaign planning and delivery to ensure campaigns are well-integrated, delivered on time and to budget.
- Support Campaign Marketing Manager in the execution of the wider marketing strategy.
- Create clear and robust creative briefs. Developing ideas and building strategies with both the internal Creative Team and external agencies, whilst continually monitoring output and performances.
- Deliver impactful, commercially focused creative assets for use across non-transactional email and website, in close partnership with the Creative Team, Country Marketing Teams, and Centres of Expertise.
- Deliver varied projects to meet defined business objectives.
- Track and report the effectiveness of campaigns and projects, sharing actionable insights with the wider business.
- Share key product and trend information with relevant marketing teams.
- Partner with other functions across the business to ensure alignment on both key business and team strategic objectives.
- Ensure progress on campaigns is clearly and regularly communicated, appropriately raising any issues in time for necessary action to be taken.
- Lead regular campaign status meetings.
- Experience in marketing and strong interest in retail (fashion and home)
- Understanding of the marketing and communications process
- Self‑starter, proactive and able to work independently with limited support
- Shows business awareness and understanding of customer needs
- Team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple diverse projects at once
- Willing to get involved in challenging or stretch projects and tasks
