Delineate is recruiting for an Account Manager (known internally as Campaign Engagement Manager) to join its Campaign Engagement team in Llandysul on a permanent basis.

The post holder will be West Wales based. This role is office based with some flexibility to work from home.

The Account Manager will:

  • Ensure that the client meets deliverables in terms of campaign material submissions.
  • Work between Delineate and client working on the medium to long term plan.
  • Ensure that Campaigns are identified, mapped to the calendar, and planned accordingly.
  • Ensure that Delineate colleagues understand the scope of a Campaign.
  • Represent the Delineate campaign engagement team for their respective team.
  • Act as point for escalation to ensure that Delineate has all required and correct inputs, script the Campaign correctly, and if not liaise with Client.
  • Meet with Client Team regularly to identify future Campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns are entered correctly into the shared client and Delineate planning tools and keeps them up to date.
  • Work with a named client to identify stakeholders, educate and inform on their role in delivery, and ensure they have access to the right tools and planners.
  • Maintain frequent contact with regular Campaign Client Associates.
  • Participate in internal Delineate sessions and stand‑ups to ensure that deliverables are identified and mapped correctly for delivery.
  • Give feedback and ensure that Campaign Stimulus are sent to Delineate correctly and chase client colleagues to ensure compliance to maintain Campaign delivery dates.
  • Support the review and evolution of the Campaign Management and Delivery process.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • Experience in managing client projects or work, managing the relationship.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrable experience in interpreting client feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  • Results‑oriented and ability to align team and individual efforts to meet business goals.
  • Good analytical and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
