About the role

We have an exciting new position available for a Communications Executive to join our Workplace Solutions Team. This team focuses on delivering the best of Hargreaves Lansdown s (HL) products and services to UK employers and driving up engagement with their employees. Your role as a Communications Manager will be to create engaging and compelling communications to help employees make the most of their pension, savings and investments.

This is a great opportunity for a Communications Manager to create marketing and servicing materials for a FTSE 100 Financial Services company.

What you ll be doing
  • Promoting HL Workplace Solutions to employees by creating engaging emails, flyers, and posters.
  • Writing communications in the client s branding and tone of voice, to be used by different employers.
  • Encouraging employees to sign up for both remote and onsite presentations and 1-2-1 meetings hosted by an HL Financial Wellbeing Specialist.
  • Creating launch communications to introduce workplace pensions to new audiences.
  • Using HL s tone of voice to write factsheets, guides, and articles.
  • Ensuring communications are compliant and technically accurate.
  • Working with colleagues at different levels across the business including Graphic Designers, Client Relationship Managers, Workplace Financial Wellbeing Specialists and the Financial Promotions Compliance team.
About you
  • Previous communications/copywriting experience.
  • Outstanding written communications skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience of writing emails and letters to clients, explaining complicated topics in jargon-free English.
Interview process

This will be a two-stage interview process which includes a competency-based interview and a written task.

Working Schedule

This role is based in Bristol head office, BS1 5HL
. This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We have returned to the office, however for this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern to enable you the option of working from home and coming into the office.
