Join Hostinger’s Affiliate Marketing team in the Middle East and North Africa region. In this role, you will lead the expansion and optimization of our affiliate program, collaborating closely with performance marketing, localization, and growth teams.

Responsibilities- Identify, engage, and onboard new affiliate partners across the MENA region, focusing on Saudi Arabia and UAE.
- Nurture relationships with key affiliates to drive sustainable growth.
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for conversion and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal performance marketing, localization, and growth teams to ensure market‑aligned strategies.
- Research and implement new growth channels and affiliate opportunities.
- Integrate automation and AI tools into daily operations for higher productivity.
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships.
- Deep understanding of the MENA digital marketing landscape and local affiliates such as news, technology and coupon sites, digital communities.
- Proven record of developing and managing affiliate relationships.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in automation and AI tools.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
