Team and RoleThe role of Senior Paid Search Manager reports to the Head of Digital Marketing in Logitech’s Center of Excellence for Digital Marketing. The manager will lead centralized execution and optimization of global Paid Search (SEA) and other performance channels for Logitech’s DTC business, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and maximum ROI from this critical demand‑driving lever. Ideal candidates have prior experience in a media agency and can work independently within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities- Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive global SEM strategy and executions across various business groups, aligning with overall marketing objectives and regional market nuances. - Campaign Management:
Develop and implement advanced bidding and optimization strategies, leveraging AI and automation, in close collaboration with our main Media Agency and media platform partners. - SEA Expertise:
Proficient in Search Engine Advertising across platforms like Google, Amazon, and Bing, with mastery of SEA tools and platforms including Google Ads and Google Search 360. - Growth Marketing:
Identify opportunities to expand performance marketing best practices into adjacent channels (e.g., retail media, social performance). - Performance & Insights Analysis:
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to Business Groups and executives. - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Work closely with business groups, the DTC revenue team, and e‑commerce teams to align global SEM efforts, ensuring consistent ad campaign set‑up, reporting and governance across all markets. - Center of Excellence:
Act as a subject‑matter expert for internal teams, driving continuous learning and upskilling in performance marketing.
- 8–12 years in performance marketing with deep expertise in SEM across Google, Bing, and emerging platforms. Google Ads Search Certificate is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of AI‑driven bidding, automation, and attribution modeling.
- Proven experience managing multi‑million‑dollar paid search budgets with measurable ROI impact.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy and performance recommendations.
- Preference for candidates with prior experience in Paid Media agencies.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
- This role can be based in Ireland or the United Kingdom.
