Position: Strategic Security Partner Marketing Leader (Remote)

Your Impact

The Strategic Security Partner Marketing Leader will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing programs to drive growth for key Cisco Security GTM priorities with a focus on strategic partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, global & region markets, customer needs, excellent project management skills, proficiency in communicating with executives/senior leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

  • Develop and implement integrated partner marketing campaigns that align with the company's global marketing strategy and business objectives, with a focus on deep ABM.

  • Develop and implement targeted training and enablement programs for strategic partners.

  • Meet with key strategic partners to build annual and quarterly marketing plans and get buy‑in on driving co‑executed marketing activities.

  • Drive collaboration and communication with focus partners sales and marketing teams on innovation and marketing opportunities.

  • Manage the end‑to‑end partner campaign process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and analysis.

  • Utilize data‑driven insights to optimize campaign performance and drive partner growth.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for future partner co‑executed campaigns.

  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in global marketing.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner marketing or integrated campaign management.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and executive stakeholders.

  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex marketing challenges.

  • Experience with ABM strategies and tools, and a proven ability to drive results through targeted marketing efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in cybersecurity or tech industry.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

  • Knowledge of various routes to market, reseller, VAR/ DVAR, MSP, SI, Cloud Marketplace.
