Marketing Manager

This role is an in person on site office-based position, which will also involve visiting clients, so a car owner /driver is essential. Work from home 1 day a week.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on increasing website traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness alongside creating compelling newsletters and social media updates. • Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok) to build brand awareness and community.
• Manage and analyse social media performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Respond to customer enquiries and manage lead nurturing process.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices for various platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven approach with experience in marketing analytics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum dependant on experience.
