• promotion of the company’s products and services in the German market;
• organizing the launch of products and brands in the German market;
• developing specifications and tasks for creating graphic elements for marketing activities;
• establishing lead generation for products in the German market;
• analyzing and adjusting the strategy and tactics of promoting the company’s services, analyzing advertising channels;
• researching the German market and competitors;
• analyzing marketing metrics, identifying growth points;
• creating and promoting landing pages for products and product categories;
• selecting communication channels, developing a go-to-market strategy for the German market;
• developing customer personas and customer journey maps;
  segmenting the client base;
• negotiating and organizing work with contractors, bloggers, agencies, etc.;
• organizing participation in external events/holding own events;
• organizing customer surveys, gathering and analyzing information, organizing marketing activities based on this data;
• organizing budgeting, planning, reporting, and document flow.

• experience working as a marketer in the German market for at least 5 years;
• experience in developing a marketing or go-to-market strategy;
  experience launching a product/brand in a new market;
• knowledge of English and German at Upper Intermediate level or higher;
• creativity, analytical thinking, and a result-oriented approach.
