We're looking for a creative, organized, and Tik Tok-savvy assistant with at least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or customer support to join our team and support our clients' social growth strategies.

• Monitor Tik Tok trends and suggest relevant, brand-aligned content ideas
• Assist with managing the Tik Tok content calendar and coordinating with creators or internal teams
• Research and shortlist potential influencers for brand collaborations
• Manage outreach via DMs or email and maintain communication logs
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and expectations with influencers
• Track and report on influencer campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Optional:
  Respond to Tik Tok DMs and comments using the client’s brand voice

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer support
• Strong familiarity with Tik Tok and its creator culture
• Excellent written English and messaging etiquette
• Organized and able to manage schedules, content, and influencer pipelines
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Tik Tok, and CRM or influencer platforms
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Your own computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred)
• A stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed)
