Content Moderator; Freelancer, Remote

Your role

• Review user generated content such as images, videos and texts
• Identify, verify and handle user violations of our terms of service
• Maintain the quality standards of content across our platform

• Proficiency in Arabic and Turkish language at CEFR level A1 or higher.
• Proficiency in English language at CEFR level B1 or higher.
• Ability to review content unbiased and objectively, regardless of personal beliefs, interests or preferences
• Resilient to review content that may be unexpected, sensitive, intense or challenging
• Responsible and driven by curiosity to learn, discover and grow
• Passion for building a product that connects and inspires people
• Interest in empowering the gay and transgender community
• Commit to at least 20 hours per week

You don t need to be an expert in all of these things, but you should be able to have informed conversations and know how to research what you don t know.
