We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator based in Guildford reporting to our Marketing Communications.
We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing team in delivering engaging campaigns, managing projects and maintaining consistent brand communication across all channels. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of marketing initiatives from digital content creation and events to analytics and strategic planning while collaborating with our global hubs.
This role is ideal for someone who is self‑motivated, proactive, organised and detail‑focused with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced collaborative environment.
Main duties and responsibilities Campaign & Content Management- Support the Marketing team with planning, creating and executing projects and campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proofread and edit marketing and company content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure regular delivery of optimised high‑quality content.
- Support the creation of marketing assets including graphics, presentations, videos and sales materials.
- Coordinate multiple marketing projects and campaigns ensuring deadlines, budgets and deliverables are met.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns and events efficiently.
- Assist with organisation and management of events, webinars and internal activities.
- Ownership of the inbound marketing support request process.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
- Support internal communications and assist with documentation templates and branded materials.
- Champion the K2 brand across all touchpoints.
- Monitor, measure and report on marketing campaign performance.
