Give Directly is seeking a Growth Manager, Paid Media, to own paid media across Meta, Google, You Tube and Tik Tok. The role reports to the Director of Individual Giving and works closely with Brand/Marketing to align upper-funnel campaigns with revenue goals.
You will manage all paid acquisition for Individual Giving, build tracking/attribution systems, and grow both one-time and monthly giving. This is a fully remote role with team collaboration across countries.
