- Lead retail media strategy and activation for Mass and Club retail customers.
- Connect brand objectives and customer priorities to measurable commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Omnichannel, Brand, Finance, Content, and Analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own annual retail media planning, campaign execution, budget pacing, and performance reporting.
- Develop integrated full-funnel strategies across retail search, onsite/offsite media, social, and emerging commerce.
- Manage agency, platform, and retail media partners to optimize performance and deliver shared outcomes.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience supporting Mass and Club customers in retail media or related fields.
- Hands-on expertise in retail media campaigns, incrementality, and commerce measurement.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fully remote work opportunity.
- Annual base salary range of $127,700 to $185,150 USD.
- Eligibility for an 18% annual incentive bonus.
