Spring Venture Group is seeking a data-driven Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to own testing, optimization, and UX frameworks across our digital properties and landing pages. You will turn web traffic into qualified leads, balancing form completions, quote requests, and inbound calls, while aligning with Paid Media intent and SEO best practices.
You’ll report to the Sr. Director, Engagement Marketing and build an experimentation roadmap that lowers CPA and increases lead volume as we scale
