An organisation may be listed on a partner’s website, directory or event page. Those listings can become inaccurate when a contact changes, a description is revised or a link points to an old destination. This role keeps an internal record of approved partner listings and coordinates factual correction requests. You would not negotiate a partnership, write an unapproved endorsement or promise a partner will publish a change by a particular date.

Begin with the partner name and the page address supplied by the marketing team. Open the actual listing and compare its visible details with the current approved information. A directory entry may show the wrong logo or an outdated service description; record the exact difference and the source of the replacement wording. If the internal information itself conflicts, ask the owner before approaching the partner.

A correction request built on uncertain facts could create another error.

Some listings are maintained through an online partner portal. Others require a message to a named contact. Follow the access and approval route the employer gives you. If you can update a field directly, check the saved public view and record the date. If the partner must make the change, send the approved request and mark the listing pending until the result is visible.

A sent email is not evidence that the public page has changed.

• A note about an outdated link or other factual discrepancy.
• The person responsible for approving replacement information.
• The date a correction request was sent to the partner.

Suppose the partner page links to a retired campaign. You would find the currently approved destination and ask the marketing owner to confirm it before requesting the correction. If the partner replies that its system cannot change the link yet, record that status and pass it back. Do not create a new landing page or tell customers that the issue is fixed.

Keeping the public and internal status separate is a central part of the work.

This is remote office administration with customer service awareness. People who click a listing expect accurate information, and partner contacts deserve concise, respectful requests. Work through the assigned online tracker rather than keeping an informal personal list of changes. A private home office and reliable connection support checking several sites without confusing one partner’s details with another’s. The employer will train you on its approved descriptions, brand files and communication route.

Previous marketing experience is an asset but not a condition of applying. You need careful reading, comfort with web pages and the patience to check that a requested change actually appeared. The hourly rate is above; the hiring company will confirm the full-time or part-time schedule for the particular vacancy. You are supporting a factual listing process, not selling partnerships.

The partner may use a short description with a strict word limit. If the approved copy does not fit, return it to the marketing owner for a shorter approved version rather than cutting away a condition or qualification yourself. If a listing includes a call-to-action button, verify that the destination belongs to the correct campaign or service. A partner may be slow to reply;
