Qualified’s Customer Success team is seeking a hands-on Success Architect to own the implementation and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform. Remote from the UK, you will work with Piper to transform how customers run sales and marketing and lead hands-on integrations across Salesforce and marketing platforms.
You will design lead flows, routing, data architecture, and data governance while guiding customers through onboarding, implementation, and adoption with cross-functional teams.
