Karsh Hagan Madden (KHM) is seeking a Senior Paid Search Specialist / Media Buyer to own SEM strategy, setup, execution, and optimization across Google Search, Performance Max, You Tube, and Display campaigns. You will also assist on Meta, Microsoft/Bing, and other platforms, bridging media strategy with analytics and GA4 tracking.
Travel is occasional (about once per year). Expect to mentor junior buyers, drive budget pacing, and deliver client-ready performance narratives in a fast-paced agency
