You will own the development and execution of integrated B2B marketing initiatives, driving measurable enterprise demand and establishing a strong market presence across India.

• Build and execute end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns across priority industries in India, from strategy and messaging to implementation and performance measurement.
• Develop and coordinate integrated demand generation programs across account-based marketing (ABM), content marketing, events, webinars, partner and customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound initiatives.
• Identify the most effective channels and approaches for each marketing objective rather than focusing on a single specialized function.
• Adapt global campaigns, positioning, and messaging to the Indian market, ensuring relevance to local enterprise audiences.
• Share insights on Indian buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, media channels, and regulatory considerations with global marketing teams.
• Collaborate closely with local sales teams and global product marketing, growth, and design teams to maintain consistent messaging and deliver high-impact campaigns.
• Take ownership of pipeline generation and campaign performance across the market.
• Analyze marketing results, run experiments, identify growth opportunities, and continuously optimize campaigns based on measurable outcomes and return on investment.
• Build repeatable marketing programs that strengthen brand recognition and position the business as a leading enterprise AI solution provider in India.

The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B growth marketer with a strong track record of generating enterprise demand in high-growth technology environments, deep knowledge of the Indian market, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving organization.

• 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience within a high-growth technology company.
• Proven experience building and scaling demand generation programs that generate measurable enterprise pipeline.
• Demonstrated ownership of marketing and growth initiatives from strategy through execution, with accountability for results and ROI.
• Strong understanding of India's enterprise buyers, business culture, media landscape, and market dynamics.
• An established professional network within the Indian technology or enterprise ecosystem is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with limited processes, establish priorities, identify opportunities, and manage multiple marketing functions.
• Strong strategic and execution capabilities, with the flexibility to move quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
