Delivery Manager – The King's Trust

- Oversee the design and execution of youth programmes that build confidence, skills, and pathways into education and employment for 16–30‑year‑olds in Lancashire.
- Lead front‑line delivery to ensure high‑quality, inclusive, and impactful services that meet the diverse needs of young people.
- Collaborate with a passionate team and partners across the country to deliver quality Explore and Get Started programmes across Lancashire.
- Lead the Foundations and Outreach teams and drive recruitment of young people onto a variety of King’s Trust programmes.
- Inspiring leader with a passion for purpose.
- Strategic mindset and proven experience managing people, programmes and partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑impact programmes for young people aged 16–30.
- Experience working within a charity or non‑profit environment is desirable.
