Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA) seeks a Development & Major Gifts Officer for South Florida to grow financial support for charter schools and programs. You will manage a portfolio of major donors and partner with leaders to advance RCMA's mission.
The role involves donor proposals, events, site visits, and collaboration with regional officers. Remote work with travel across Southwest Florida; minimum 3–5 years nonprofit fundraising;
Bachelor's degree required.
