Wikimedia Foundation is seeking a Wikimania Scholarships and Event Coordinator to support scholarship coordination for Wikimania 2027 in Santiago. This 8‑month contractor role supports the Core Organizing Team and communicates with scholars worldwide.
The position is remote, with Chile-based candidates (Santiago preferred) and requires a baseline of 35 hours per week, scaling to 40 hours during peak months leading up to the event.
