Southern Center for Equity Advancement and Immigrant Refuge (SCEAIR) is a 501 (c)(3) charity or not-for-profit
organization based in Tuscaloosa, Alabama providing immigration legal and educational services, and internship
and volunteer opportunities in the southern United States. It is one of the few Department of Justice (DOJ)
recognized organizations within the "deep south" region providing assistance with immigration legal matters through
the DOJ recognition and accreditation program.

The organization aims to advance the causes of and support immigrant communities and other marginalized groups
through access to legal assistance, educational programs and employment resources. The organization works to
bring equity, justice and opportunities, and aims to reduce barriers impeding successes in immigrant and other
marginalized communities.
