Remote Telehealth RN Case Manager; Clinical Outreach

Archimedes is seeking an RN Case Manager for Telehealth to improve member health via tele-pharmacy. You will lead clinical outreach, develop resources, and oversee programs in collaboration with the team. The role supports coordination with prescribers and internal staff while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN/BSN and an active RN license with 2+ years of clinical experience, including direct consultation. Remote and hybrid work options are available across the U.S.
