Legacy Health seeks a Registered Nurse in Acute Care Hospice to provide compassionate, home-based and in-community hospice services across the Portland metro area. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team delivering pain and symptom management and coordinating care for patients and families.
Qualified candidates have an RN license, BLS, and ideally CHPN; a BSN is preferred and hospice or medical-surgical experience is valued; a valid driver's license and strong communication/documentation
