Gabbi, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for 100% remote telehealth roles delivering new patient consults and follow-up visits via secure video. You will own patient follow-up, order imaging/genetic testing when appropriate, and provide patient counseling based on risk and results.
You will work autonomously within a team-based model, collaborating with physicians and clinical partners when input is needed, while adhering to evidence-based protocols and workflows as we scale.
