Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is hiring full-time nurse practitioners or physician assistants to conduct Video Visits for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. You’ll perform approximately 30-minute visits, review medications and medical history, and educate members about their health.
This remotely-delivered telehealth role requires state licensure, board certification, and ability to work 40 hours weekly, with 320+ capacity units per month and 220+ visits
