Chronic Care Staffing LLC is seeking a Remote LPN/LVN - Patient Enrollment Specialist to connect with eligible patients by phone, build rapport, and explain how CCM and RPM can help them enroll from home. This 100% remote role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, paid training, benefits + 401(k) + PTO, and potential quarterly bonuses.
You’ll need an active LPN/LVN license (compact), current BLS, strong communication and computer skills, and a HIPAA-compliant home workspace.
