Eventus Whole Health seeks licensed telemedicine providers to deliver primary care and acute psychiatry services to adults across contracted sites in Indiana and nearby states. You will triage, advise, and manage patient care following site protocols, with emphasis on HIPAA-compliant telehealth and thorough documentation.
Candidates must hold an IN or KY license (DEA) and be able to obtain additional licenses within 30 days.
